End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and AMPLO PAY SOLUCOES DIGITAIS LTDA ("Amplo Pay") for the use of the software products MetaSync, FlashSync, NightSync, SocialSync and any related services (collectively, the "Software").
1. Grant of License
Amplo Pay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software in accordance with the active subscription plan and these terms.
2. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Software.
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code.
- You may not use the Software to build a competing product.
- You may not bypass authentication, licensing or security mechanisms.
3. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. All title, intellectual property rights and interest in the Software remain with Amplo Pay.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you input into the Software. You grant Amplo Pay the rights necessary to host, process and display such content for the sole purpose of operating the Services.
5. Updates
Amplo Pay may release updates, enhancements or modifications to the Software. Such updates are covered by this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license.
6. Disclaimer
The Software provides planning, organization and automation tools. It does not provide medical, nutritional, legal or other professional advice. The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amplo Pay's total liability under this EULA shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
This EULA terminates automatically upon breach of any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the Software.
9. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
